As major squad restructuring looms at Naturena, some players face permanent exits while others may find themselves temporarily plying their trade elsewhere to keep their careers on track.
A Siya source with intimate knowledge of Kaizer Chiefs' internal workings has indicated that the club is creating space for new arrivals as well as giving a chance for game time to those close to the team.

An Amakhosi insider added that the club is believed to be sending Tebogo Potsane on loan until the end of his contract in June 2026.
"For now they have been looking at which players to release and there is a list for those. But for Potsane it is expected to be a loan move. They still think there is something in him but things haven't been going well with him so they believe a loan move could reignite the talent in him with more game time," the source told Soccer Laduma.
A technical team confidant with daily access to the coaching staff's deliberations stated that with the club looking at signing new wingers, they apparently believe it will be more difficult for him to break into the team and that's why they are looking at a loan move.
"There are several factors the club is looking at to give a chance to Tebogo Potsane. They are finalising the squad which they are expected to take to Holland and with new signings expected, they will release some and loan out some and Potsane is on that loanees list for now," the second source stated.

The 31-year-old Bloemfontein-born left footer joined Chiefs in July 2023 on a three-year contract which runs until June 2026, and this past season he has featured in a low amount of Betway Premiership games but it must also be considered that he was recovering from injury.
Soccer Laduma contacted Chiefs for comment on the issue but there was no response at the time of preparing this story.
With Potsane's career at a critical juncture, the potential loan move suggests Chiefs haven't completely given up on the winger despite his limited impact since arriving from Royal AM.
At 31, this loan spell could represent a critical opportunity to prove his worth to the Glamour Boys, especially with coach Nasreddine Nabi reportedly targeting wide players in the current transfer window.
