The 2018/19 LaLiga campaign began this past Friday night, with minnows Girona hosting Real Valladolid in a goalless draw, while later that same evening, Levante handed Real Betis a shock 3-0 defeat. The fun continued on Saturday evening and into the night when Barca took on Alaves at the Camp Nou.
A typically dazzling performance from new skipper Messi saw the Blaugrana defeat their opponents 3-0, while Real beat Getafe 2-0 on Sunday night, and Valencia and Atletico Madrid drew 1-1 in a cagey affair on Monday!
