Former South African youth international Chris Matombo is likely to appear in the colours of a new club in the 2021/22 season.
Having returned from Malta in December last year, Matombo joined Sekhukhune United for the second half of the 2020/21 season as the team was pushing for promotion to the topflight.

Sources close to Babina Noko have confirmed to the Siya crew that the 27-year-old former Kaizer Chiefs player is being loaned out for the new season.
"Chris Matomo is being loaned from Sekhukhune United for the 2021/22 season. Venda Football Academy has been keen on the player, but the parties failed to reach an agreement and that move is now unlikely to happen. Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila, the new club in the GladAfrica Championship, has entered the race for the player's services," confirmed the source.

The midfielder has previously also played for Chippa United, and he was with Senglea Athletic in Malta before returning home.
Matombo has also played for Qormi FC and Swieqi United FC in Malta.
