FC Barcelona crashed out of the UEFA Champions League, after losing 3-0 on aggregate to Serie A giants, Juventus.
The Serie A giants came into the encounter with a healthy 3-0 lead from the first leg at the Juventus Stadium.
The visitors carved out an opening after just five minutes as Mirlam Pjanic picked out Gonzalo Higuain, who failed to hit the target from close range.
Lionel Messi could have broken the deadlock after 19 minutes, but the Argentine somehow dragged his effort wide of the mark from inside the box.
Gianluigi Buffon came to Juventus' rescue on 32 minutes as he produced a fine save to deny Messi from close range.
However, the score remained goalless as the sides entered the halftime break.
Luis Enrique opted for a more attacking change in the 57th minute with Ivan Rakitic making way for Paco Alcacer.
Juventus nearly put the tie beyond Barca in the 58th minute when Pjanic's deflected crashed onto the crossbar with Marc-Andre Ter Stegen scrambling.
Messi squandered a glorious chance to get the opening goal 10 minutes later but the Argentine volleyed over the crossbar with Buffon way off his line.
The Catalan giants pushed for an opening goal as the second, while Juve threw on the likes of Mario Lemina and Kwadwo Asamoah to ensure they keep a clean sheet.
That's exactly how the clash ended, as the Italian outfit frustrated the Barcelona attack and now progress to the final four with a 3-0 aggregate win.
