With reports claiming that Eden Hazard's time at Real Madrid could be coming to an end soon, here are some possible suitors who might be keen on reigniting the Belgian's career.
Since his club-record move to the Santiago Bernabeu, the 31-year-old has endured an underwhelming time in the Spanish capital.
With his Real career having largely been hampered by injuries, the Belgium international has missed 72 matches for Los Blancos since his arrival in 2019.
In the 66 appearances he has made for the reigning LaLiga champions, the winger found the back of the net just six times and provided only 10 assists across his three seasons playing for the record European champions.
According to news emanating from Spain, the current UEFA Champions League holders are now ready to cut ties with the diminutive winger, and given his previous exploits in France and England, there could be some top clubs in for the La Louviere native, according to the Daily Express.
His former club Chelsea is reportedly a possible destination for Hazard. Having just missed out on Brazilian winger Raphinha to Barcelona, it is well-known that the Blues are in the market for a skilful attacker.
An emotional return to Stamford Bridge could thus be on the cards, but given the struggles he has faced since his move away from west London, the Blues' stakeholders may be reluctant to revisit that chapter.
Another English side that could be in for the forward is Newcastle United. The Magpies have massive amounts of money available, but will perhaps not be reckless in spending it.
Allan Saint-Maximin is Newcastle's primary threat on the wings and given the club's ascent up the Premier League table last season, they might be keen on giving their star man some help. Hazard's recent injury troubles may mean they can get a good player on a relatively low transfer fee too.
Paris Saint-Germain could also be looking at bringing diminutive winger on board. Having just let Angel Di Maria go, PSG may look to make an already frightening frontline even more formidable.
Playing alongside Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe and Neymar may also remove some of the expectation and burden that has likely blighted his time in Madrid.
Borussia Dortmund's Signal Iduna Park is also a place where we could see the former Lille man ply his trade. The two-time Premier League winner would be joining his brother Thorgan there, and once again play together after they were both at Chelsea.
Rumours of a Hazard move to Dortmund floated around earlier this year but nothing came to fruition then, so perhaps a deal could be made in this transfer window.
