Barcelona Confirm Travelling Squad For Pre-Season Tour, Decision Made On Frenkie de Jong

FC Barcelona have confirmed their travelling squad for the pre-season tour in the United States, but five first team stars have been left out.

Frenkie de Jong's future remains unclear amid the links with Manchester United, but he has been included in the squad that departs on Saturday.

New signings Andreas Christensen, Franck Kessie and Raphinha have all been included by Xavi Hernandez while there are reports Robert Lewandowski could also join up with team after the club agreed a fee with Bayern Munich.

However, Xavi has decided to leave out Martin Braithwaite, Oscar Mingueza, Samuel Umtiti, Riqui Puig and Neto.

Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano reported that Xavi has told the aforementioned players to find new clubs for the upcoming season.
