Liverpool FC announced the signing of Eintracht Frankfurt striker Hugo Etikite as he becomes the fifth player to join the Reds ahead of the 2025/26 season.

Etikite joins the Reds on a (six-year deal) after spending two successful seasons with the German side. The 23-year-old netted 26 goals in 64 games while at Frankfurt and joins the defending Premier League champions for an alleged fee of £69 million (R1,6 billion), which could include £10 million (R237 million) in add-ons.
The Frenchman completed his medical and was officially unveiled as the club's latest signing.

The 23-year-old has successfully completed a medical and agreed personal terms with the Reds, allowing him to fly out to Hong Kong to join his new teammates on their pre-season tour of Asia later this week.
