Now that Steve has resigned, these players must follow him.
Aftter Chiefs suffered a defeat by Free State Star in the only cup competition which they needed to redeem themselves in this season, it is without doubt that Chiefs will go yet another season with no trophy havinnghaving been dumped out the Ned Bank Cup.
The pressure upon Steve was too much, he couldn't take it anymore, the 2-0 defeat saw Steve resigned with immediate effect. With him gone, I think these players should follow him or wait to be released in the "over haul" as announced in order to remedy the situation at Naturene.
Bernard Parker; he has overstayed at Chiefs, we now have young, promising strikers who can do the business better.
Bongolethu Jayiya; he has not impressed not one bit ever since coming from Cape Town City.
Dumisani Zuma; maybe we haven't seen enough of him, promising yes, but not an impact player.
Edmore Chirambadare; it goes without saying, he had chances but failed dismal.
Emmanuel Letlotlo; young Letlotlo has been unfortunate with injuries, I think he should be loaned out to get game time and his form back.
Keagan Buchanan; he was never given a chance under Steve mentorship, perhaps he should be released.
Kgotso Moleko; he has failed to solidify his position when he had a chance.
Khotso Malope: I don't even remember him.
Siphiwe Tshabalala: he has done great at Chiefs, but now doesn't have the legs to carry him, he should be released.
Brilliant Khuzwayo; this one should be released in order to get game time, his amazing, but being benched for that long will kill his talent.
Tsepo Masilel ; his time has come to go, I mean his injuries put him off.
Sibusiso Khumalo; not an impact player as well, failed to solidify his place also.
Willard Katsande; salt and pepper, the ever working hard, he should be released, in order to make way for real change at Chiefs.
That's just my thoughts, am I wrong, am I mistaken some of these players? Well, let's see if they will survive the "over haul" coming soon at Chiefs yard.
