The Soccer Agenda
Refereeing, Conflict of Interests, or agenda
It's been barely 9 games into the season with only one domestic cup gone, but hey... the state of soccer in a much published PSL looks very close to the last games where analysts seem to have been exhausted and be discussing one topic week-in, week-out.
or could these be a set agenda to bring VAR in South Africa? I mean, do SAFA know that VAR means the current referee committee need to be well aligned with the tech VAR brings? otherwise, the committee need to arrived at a constructive decision, not what is currently happening.
One of the reason VAR is becoming important is the powers vested in the fouth Official of the game, but nah..... in SA this person seem invisible in the act. How do you explain Sundowns Vs Wits matter last season? let alone illegitimate goals and crowd provoking decisions recently?
SAFA need a better structure, former soccer player at the helm (SAFA & PSL) klaar
