As the reigning champions in the Absa Premiership, Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane has surely engraved his name in the good books of the fans, and indeed the big boss Patrice Motsepe.
Every coach in the Premier Soccer League has a wish list of players they would love to have on their team. If there was ever a man to make those wishes come true, it would be Motsepe. His influence and financial power could make almost any transfer materialise, and this has been a fact taking into consideration the amount of signings Downs have made in the last couple of seasons.
Not only is Mosimane lucky to have the freedom of choosing whoever he wants on his side, he has the full backing of everyone at the club. It’s not easy pleasing each and every player at a big club like Sundowns, however it seems as if he is doing a great job at doing that.
Upon winning the league trophy last season, Jingles had a tough start to the current Absa Premiership campaign. However, he managed to turn things around and Downs have gained a little bit of momentum before the mid-season break in December last year.
This shows the amount of patience the backroom staff has with Mosimane, as they put their full trust in their coach to turn things around.
With the backing of the owners and having freedom in the transfer marker, is Pitso the luckiest coach in the PSL?
