Undoubtedly one of the biggest stories of the day, SuperSport United have announced that Mashamaite has reunited with Stuart Baxter at the Pretoria-based club. The defender was said to be homesick, and requested an exit from Swedish club Hacken.
The defender is said to have signed for Mamelodi Sundowns after his contract with Belgian side Genk was mutually terminated. Anele enjoyed plying his trade in Europe, but struggled to reach a common understanding with Genk, therefore forcing him to return home.
Bidvest Wits signed up the 27-year-old after his contract with KV Kortrijk in Belgium came to an end. Keet was close to joining clubs in the US, but he was not eager to wait around for the MLS' transfer window to open later this year. As such, he returned to the club he previously played for.
