The last time Orlando Pirates lost a league match was at the hands of Chiefs. Our form has changed dramatically since then, and our boys are confident of taking the victory - but who will be decisive?
Today, I take a look at four players who could very well seal the three points for Pirates on Saturday.
The striker has been a major contributor to the club’s nine-match unbeaten run and he could very well be the man that extends that run to 10 matches. With eight league goals to his name, Majoro will be looking to hurt his former club.
KE95, as he is affectionately known, was on the scoresheet for Pirates last night when the club recorded a 1-1 draw against Free State Stars. Like his strike partner, Majoro, the former SuperSport United man has found the back of the net eight times this term. He could certainly be a key to unlock the rather solid Chiefs defence.
The midfielder may be a bit inconsistent this season, but he still possesses the power to carry Pirates to a victory against Chiefs. All it will take is one piece of magic from Ace to ensure the Buccaneers come away with the three points on the day.
The Senegalese seems to be improving with every passing game, and can often be seen breaking up play in front of the defence. With Chiefs possessing major quality in the middle of the park, Sarr will be the man Pirates will look to when it comes to stopping marauding runs from Siphiwe Tshabalala or Reneilwe Letsholonyane.
Ghosts, which player do you think will decide the encounter against Chiefs?
