Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane recently joined the Twitter world and, in a short space of time, has managed to get thousands of people to hit the follow button. Have you seen his recent Twitter activity?
Following the likes of Steve Komphela and Rhulani Mokwena, who are active social media users, the Downs mentor seemingly broke the internet when he announced his arrival on Twitter five days ago.
His announcement video, which was uploaded on 7 September, is currently sitting on 11 000 likes, 2 500 retweets and 1 400 replies as many welcomed the former Bafana Bafana mentor to Twitter.
Since then, coach Pitso has used the platform to take a stand against xenophobia and even congratulated former Orlando Pirates coach Milutin Sredojevic's latest success with new club Zamalek.
That being said, Mosimane has managed to gain more than 31 000 followers in the past five days, and that figure is expected to climb exponentially.
Do you think other coaches should do the same and join Twitter?
