Two of Mzansi’s most decorated players,Steven Pienaar and Daine Klate look ready to take the next step in their careers. The former Bidvest Wits players,recently jetted out of the country looking to obtain their coaching badges.
Klate, who was on the books of Chippa United last season, is nearing the fairytale-end of his career.
Now 34, the six-time PSL winner is looking beyond his playing days as he ventures into coaching.
Klate took to Instagram, where he shared one of his UEFA courses.
The former Bidvest Wits and Orlando Pirates winger made 14 appearances this season. Eight of them were as a substitute.
Pienaar, who retired in 2018, worked as a pundit before completing his UEFA B license. The former Everton and Sunderland player now holds an UEFA A license that he obtained in London
