Senzo Meyiwa's name will continue to resonate in the hearts of football fans in South Africa, no more so during the time of the Telkom Knockout proceedings. Prominent Orlando Pirates fan Mamajoy Chauke recently shared a heartfelt moment involving the ex-Bucs goalkeeper. Did you see it?
In what was a reported robbery back in 2014, Senzo was shot dead in Vosloorus while visiting his girlfriend. Just one day prior to the tragic event, Pirates were 4-1 winners over Ajax Cape Town in a TKO quarter-final clash at Orlando Stadium.
That said, Mamajoy took to Twitter recently to post an image of herself and Senzo as she sadly remembered the incident in the midst of the 2018 TKO draw that took place earlier this week.
She captioned the post by saying: "You may be gone but not forgotten, your love to me was unconditional, RIP My Son, will always remember your laughter, your shoulder to cry (on)."
