It looks like quite a number of South Africans will be on the move during the European summer transfer window, but who?
The likes of Tokelo Rantie and Steven Pienaar have been tipped to leave their respective Premier League sides, and several other players are unsettled at their current clubs.
"Dungi" has long been tipped to make a move away from Bournemouth after he was left out of the EPL side's first team at the turn of the year. After being deemed surplus to requirements at the club, Rantie may well opt to look for another European club, and rightly so.
Meanwhile, in Merseyside, "Schillo" could also be without a club come June as his contract with Everton is set to expire on the final day of that month.
It has been reported that he is one of five players who will have to wait until the season is over before entering into contract talks, and he may not be eager to leave his future in a state of uncertainty for so long. Ajax Amsterdam have been linked with taking him back to the Netherlands.
Elsewhere, Anele Ngcongca's future at Troyes is also up in the air. The Bafana Bafana defender, who faced Cameroon in the recent Afcon qualifiers, could see his French team being relegated this weekend, and if they do suffer such a fate, it has been reported that he will return to Genk.
Bongani Zungu, of course, will be heading to Europe, having signed a pre-contract with Portuguese side Vitoria de Guimaraes. As it stands, his is the only future that seems certain for now.
It seems there will be plenty of activity on the South African front this June. Where do you think our players will land up?
