Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho, who is relatively new to the city, had his house broken into on the night of the 2016 European Championship final!
According to the Daily Express, the Portuguese manager was watching Portugal take on France at the Euros in a room upstairs when his domestic worker discovered an intruder attempting to get into Mourinho's house through the basement door.
The domestic worker reportedly shouted once she spotted the man trying to break in, which caused the burglar to take off.
However, it has been claimed that a security guard quickly latched on to the man as he tried to flee the scene, before police rocked up to take him away in handcuffs.
The man was reportedly sentenced to four weeks in jail.
Are you glad the criminal was caught?
