Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Tiyani Mabunda may be sidelined through injury, but that has not stopped him from spending his free time by giving back to the community, with his latest outing taking him to the Boksburg Correctional Service Centre. Did you see it?
The 29-year-old, who is a strong believer in his faith, took to Instagram to post a picture of him with inmates of the prison, and they all looked happy to meet a star of the local game.
A ball was donated, while Mabunda surely held a talk with the convicts and enjoyed a kickabout in the open field.
Juventus and Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah is another footballer who has visited a prison, during which he educated inmates about building a better life and using football as a positive outlet.
We can only but commend Mabunda for his actions!
Check it out!
