Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona are set to lock horns for the second time in just four days today, this time in a LaLiga fixture at the Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday. Here is a combined starting XI featuring players from the two Spanish giants. Check it out!
Ernesto Valverde's Barcelona go into this tie with a psychological advantage, having beaten Real twice in their previous three matches, the first of which led to the sacking of Julen Lopetuigi after Real were outclassed by five clear goals at the Camp Nou. Barca currently sit comfortably in 1st place on the log, nine points ahead of 3rd-placed Los Blancos.
Ahead of the much-anticipated clash, we took a stab at compiling the best possible combined XI from the players who are available for selection.

In the goalkeeping position, Marc-Andre ter Stegen gets the nod, with the 26-year-old German shot-stopper recording 14 clean sheets in his past 34 outings.
At right-back, Dani Carvajal is arguably one of the best fullbacks in the world at the moment, and has the ability to be both adventurous in attack and solid defensively.
Jordi Alba has been in scintillating form for the Blaugrana this season despite being overlooked by Spain national team coach Luis Enrique. He has formed a formidable partnership with Barca talisman Lionel Messi (who, perhaps unsurprisingly, also featurres in our XI), contributing 14 assists in the process, and for that reason, he gets the nod at left-back.
Latest Ballon d'Or winner Luka Modric occupies one of the midfield positions, while Brazilian wonderkid Vinicius Junior gets a spot in attack... to see the full combined XI, click through the gallery above!
