Steve Komphela is, without a doubt, one of the most standout characters in the PSL. Now there's even a funny parody of the Kaizer Chiefs coach making its rounds on social media. Have you seen it?
In the eyes of many, Komphela is definitely up there with the likes of Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola as managers who have become celebrities in their own right thanks to their colourful personas.
His perfect grammar, large vocabulary and passive demeanour have endeared Komphela to the public, and made his post-match interviews a spectacle that can be, at times, even more entertaining than the performances put out by his team on the pitch.
So much so that it appears there's a parody gaining in popularity on social media that makes fun of the Amakhosi tactician's post-match interviews with SuperSport pundit Robert Marawa.
Although the "Khosi nation" may be calling for the coach's job right now, especially with the team having failed to win in their past five league games, they will certainly miss his peculiar personality if he were to really leave.
Do you think this impersonation captured Komphela's personality?
