Fans React To Brockie Ending Goal Drought

One year and 13 days later and Mamelodi Sundowns striker Jeremy Brockie has finally ended his goal drought. How did the fans react to the New Zealander getting on the scoresheet for Downs?

It appears that Mamelodi Sundowns' Absa Premiership clash against Free State Stars was the ideal game for the New Zealander to break his duck, with Downs boasting a superior record against the side from Bethlehem.

Prior to their 3-1 win on Wednesday night, Sundowns were unbeaten in 14 league games against El Lla Koto, thus being a kind fixture for the side from Chloorkop.

Nonetheless, the former SuperSport United man engraved his name on the tie as early as the 11th minute, with a Gaston Sirino brace completing Masandawana's three strikes in the fixture.

While Brockie will no doubt be elated, here's what some fans have been saying about the Masandawana striker ending his goal drought.

Do you think the goals will now continue to come for Brockie?
