Cape Town City beat Polokwane City 2-1 in a league clash on Tuesday night, and towards the end of the match, Surprise Ralani produced a nifty bit of footwork, much to the delight of the spectators. Did you see it?
The Mother City-based outfit recorded their third straight win in the Absa Premiership this week, with Benni McCarthy's side collecting maximum points against AmaZulu, Black Leopards and now Rise and Shine.
Ayanda Patosi put the visitors ahead in the seventh minute, with Siphelele Mthembu doubling City's advantage on the stroke of the hour. Mohammed Anas gave Rise and Shine a glimmer of hope when his calmly-taken penalty hit the back of the net, leaving the home side with five minutes to salvage a point from the tie.
It was not to be for Polokwane City, however, as the Citizens held on to record their fourth league win of the campaign.
Towards the end of the game, attacker Surprise Ralani was left isolated with Mpho Mvelase on the left flank following a long ball played into the channel. A quick shuffle to the left had the Rise and Shine man clutching at straws as Ralani evaded his tackle.
