As another football figure giving back to those in need, Orlando Pirates midfielder Xola Mlambo used the recent Youth Day to do some charitable work. Check it out!
In following the likes of Mamelodi Sundowns stars Motjeka Madisha and Sphelele Mkhulise, Mlambo made the most of what is an iconic public holiday in South African history on Tuesday.
"Ten Ten" and his team visited the community of Braamfischer, where they distributed sanitary goods to people in the Soweto area.
Mlambo later took to Instagram to post an image of the products that were distributed, and wrote: "In taking a leaf from the 16 June 1976 struggle heroes, who sacrificed themselves in the fight for the freedom that we now enjoy, my team will be handing out 200 mini hampers, consisting of 2 packs of sanitary towels and hand sanitiser in my community in Braamfischer, Soweto. I wish you a safe, warm and wonderful #YouthDay."
