It can be said that Messi is one of the game’s most adoring figures and also, one of the game’s greatest-ever talents.
Along with the success comes the support of millions of people, with a select few taking it up a notch when It comes to pledging their allegiances with their favourite ballers.
Super Fan
Meet Igor Magalhaes, a Brazilian football fan who in 2019, had a massive portrait of Messi done on his back. The supporter chose an iconic photo of Messi to be done on his back, the image of the attacker holding up his shirt to the Real Madrid fans at the Bernabeu as he celebrated his 500th career goal.
Keeping Promise
The super fan was thus spotted at a recent Argentine training session, with his tattoo being spotted on the TyC Sports Instagram account, where Messi commented in saying that he would like to see and sign it.
As the news spread, Messi and the fan were able to meet up, where the Argentine fulfilled his promise of adding a signature to the portrait.
The supporter then had Messi’s stamp permanently inked on himself!
