What’s the story?
As mentioned, Tau created a buzz in the cyber world following his move to Al Ahly, which came unexpectedly. Many were hoping for the former Mamelodi Sundowns man to have one more crack at plying his trade in the Premier League, however limited game time with the Seagulls could well have been the motive behind his exit from the English top-flight club.
Reunited With Pitso
Nonetheless, Tau now reunites with a coach who knows him all too well, with Pitso Mosimane being one of the mentors who often heaped praises on the attacker.
Hours before the club made the announcement, video footage of Tau recording his announcement video was leaked on Twitter, leading many to believe that a deal was in fact going to be concluded.
Creating A Buzz
The ‘Lion of Judah’ as he is known in the football world, was thoroughly shown off on the Egyptian giants' social media pages last night, with the club’s supporters getting used to the idea of seeing the South African in their colours.
