As two leading midfielders in the PSL, it can be said that Thabang Monare and Hlompho Kekana have unusual boot sponsors, but who plays in the better cleats? Have a look!
For the Orlando Pirates man, Monare can be seen playing in Lotto boots, one of the lesser-known sponsors in the game today. However, a number of locally-based players are, in fact, athletes of the brand, such as Taariq Fielies and Thabo Mnyamane.
As for Kekana, the PSL veteran is sponsored by Japanese company Mizuno. The ex-SuperSport United midfielder has been wearing cleats from the brand for a good number of years now, and often sports a specially designed pair of boots.
As some of the relatively older players in the league, Monare and Kekana are still doing their thing at the highest level, letting their boots do all the talking!
