Mamelodi Sundowns held their trophy parade on Wednesday, where fans gathered around to see the Brazilians bring home their 12th league title.

Sundowns’ had an eventful campaign which saw them secure the DStv Premiership, after edging Cape Town City to the title by a large gap of 16 points while they also won the Nedbank Cup and MTN 8 to crown off a successful season.
The Brazilians will soon get to enjoy a short break during the off-season but before they relax and go on vacation, they went out on Wednesday in Pretoria for their trophy parade, where they were joined by the president of the club, Thlopie Motsepe.
Supporters day
The league winners were welcomed by a packed crowd of supporters of the Masandawana faithful who pulled through in numbers all season to back their team.
This parade was a way that the star-studded squad could thank the fans for their unconditional support as they moved around the City of Tshwane in their tour bus.

Supporters were treated to an unforgettable occasion that saw them being able to take pictures with their favourite players and get up close to the titles.

Earlier this week, some members of the squad in collaboration with their nutrition partners Herbalife, hosted a celebratory breakfast worthy of champions while they also hosted a fan celebratory event in Mams Mall on that same day.
