Bernard Parker, one of nine players released by Kaizer Chiefs showed no signs of sadness if his latest social media post is anything to go by.

Chiefs last week confirmed that their 11-year relationship with the veteran attacker had come to an end at the end of the 2021/22 season, closing the curtain on what has been a successful spell at Amakhosi.

One thing that has been consistent with Parker despite inconsistent performances at times has been his professionalism – which is a large part of why he managed to remain at the club for so many years.

Parker has been silent about his exit from the Glamour Boys, perhaps because he has been touted to still form part of the team, albeit in a different capacity.

Either way, the 36-year-old is still his smiling self as he took to Instagram with a picture captioned, “LiveLoveLaugh”

In the pic, Parker is seen rocking some of his stylish threads while flashing a broad smile – very unlike someone who has just been released from his club.
