The former Real Madrid great is a player used to winning trophies, whether it be with his team or individual accolades. With yet another boost of motivation, Ronaldo was recently the recipient of the FIFA Best award, as his international goal scoring record was honoured.
Record Goal Scorer
In November 2021, Ronaldo netted two late goals in a win against the Republic of Ireland, as he became the top scorer in international football and currently sits on 115 goals for Portugal.
Driven by his individual accolade, Ronaldo took to his Instagram account and said, “Winning The FIFA Special Best Award is a tremendous honor and a huge privilege. The fact that such a relevant institution chose to recognise me as the Top Goalscorer in the history of FIFA competitions is, for me, the pinnacle of my individual achievements in representation of my beloved country.”
Siuu Jet
CR7 also posed alongside his personalised private jet, which is said to be priced at around R422 million, according to The Mirror. The 36-year-old often took to his social media pages in the past, flexing his jet.
As seen in Ronaldo’s image, the jet shows off his popular ‘CR7’ logo, as well as a decal of his infamous ‘Siuu’ celebration.
