What's the story?
The winger has seemingly proven himself to be the Gucci king with his expensive outfits from the luxury brand. Most South African footballers can afford to buy one or two items from the clothing apparel but only a select few can buy multiple outfits and the 33-year-old is one of them.
The loving couple are known for their stylish snaps on social media but also for the prestige lifestyle restaurant/club they started that has hosted some of the biggest names in South African music including Nadia Nakai, DJ Fresh, Oskido and Vetkuk & Mahoota.
The free agent has a following of at least 376k on Instagram, as fans follow to see his latest looks and his next football ventures.
In a recent story on Instagram, Melba and George Lebese went to a Gucci store and bought some new merchandise.
The first item that stands out is the footballer’s never seen before Gucci sandals which are valued at R11 613, according to Matches Fashion.
Dressed in Gucci from head to toe, George decided to try on an Original GG canvas baseball hat that start with an asking price of $600 (R9 404) while Melba also tried on some Gucciheadwear herself in form of a GG lamé bucket hat worth $590 (R9 248).
On to accessories, Mrs Lebese was also seen trying on a Gucci watch and handbag that are certainly eye-catching to say the least.
The dynamic duo did not show which products they ended up purchasing but they did leave with three bags which must have cost a pretty penny.
