Kaizer Chiefs’ defensive stalwart Ramahlwe Mphahlele had fans in stitches on Monday as he recalled a hilarious incident involving former South African youth international Phumelele Bhengu.
Rama, who made just two substitute appearances for Amakhosi this season, has found the going tough and has had to settle for a place on the bench with Reeve Frosler and Kgotso Moleko being preferred in the right back slot.
Off the field, the former Mamelodi Sundowns captain had fans in stitches when he revealed an incident where he and former Moroka Swallows striker Bhengu, were caught for cheating at school.
Along with a picture of himself posing with ‘Ace’ Rama recalled the incident.
“Remember when we cheated on that maths paper cause one of the gents gave us the question paper before the test and we got 78+ the maths teacher knew there was something fishy and the whole class had to re-write and u got 2 I got 6 or something like that.”
