McCarthy is always one to wear his heart on his sleeve, be it on the football field or off it. The 44-year-old who is currently back in Scotland where he is recuperating recently took to social media to wish his wife Stacey McCarthy a happy anniversary on 24 May.
14 years of McCarthy’s
In a similar Instagram post last year, McCarthy had noted that the couple had been together for 13 years and married for seven. The couple tied the knot in a glitzy affair in Scotland back in 2015 where Bafana Bafana’s all-time leading scorer donned a kilt for the occasion.
Behind every successful man…
Not much is known about the blonde beauty who has been by McCarthy’s side for over a decade , but a quick glance at her social media pages and it is clear that she is all about family and business back in Scotland where she primarily resides.
