Initially, the Kenyan international struggled to break the midfield mould at Amakhosi, however, in Hunt converting him into a central defender, Akumu has seen himself accumulate more minutes under the belt since his move in January 2020.
Nonetheless, the experienced player seems to be an easy-going guy off the field, that’s if some of IG content is anything to go by.
