What's the story?
Many DStv Premiership players have ventured into the world of fashion by starting their own brands including the likes of George Lebese, Morgan Gould, Lehlohonolo Majoro and Willard Katsande.
The fame of being a baller comes with many benefits including many brands wanting to collaborate with you and we’ve seen this with Teko Modise and Vincent Pule often modelling merchandise for their respective collaborations.
High Fashion only
The Masandandwana trio of Grant Kekana, Kermit Erasmus and Kennedy Mweene are the most recent players to show an interest in modeling.
The ballers were dressed in an African-themed drip for a photoshoot with the House of Nala brand.
African fashion has always been intertwined and inspired by its culture and as such it is represented through textile, design and styling. That is exactly the message the Chloorkop based ballers showed with their clothing attire.
This is not the first time that a footballer has repped the African brand’s clothing. In the past Teko Modise, Tiyani Mabunda and Reyaad Pieterse have all modelled their stylish selection of clothes.
House of Nala is a designer marketplace that produces luxury fashion for Africans as opposed to the European brands that footballers are often seen wearing.
