Mamelodi Sundowns go by the nickname ‘Bafana ba Style,’ everything they do is with style and pizzazz, from the way they play, to the way they stay.
The defending PSL Champions recently jetted out of the country as they are set to face Cote d’Or in the CAF Champions League first round encounter.
The match will be played at the Stad Linité, a multi-use stadium in Victoria, Seychelles. This is not too far from the luxurious villa in which Downs’ players were seen in the tropical paradise.
As seen through some of the players’ Instagram pages, the Chloorkop-based side have opted to make their stay in Seychelles as comfortable as possible and as a result, have visited the luxurious accommodation that is the Eden Island.
Located in the heart of Seychelles, just 200 metres from the capital island of Mahé, this luxurious residential marina development comprises a selection of guest accommodations.
Though it is unclear whether Sundowns are staying there, a typical maison room at the Eden Island, where downs are staying, could cost around R6000-per-night, with the more expensive going all the way to R12 000-per-night.

Pitso Mosimane’s men will be hoping to get a good result away from home, putting them in good standing when they host the second leg in two weeks’ time.
Do you think Sundowns can go all the way and win the CAF Champions League again this season?
