What an exhilarating tournament we've had. That Adidas Telstar 18 ball has given some keepers sleepless nights (Neuer, De Gea, Allison, Caballero, Patricio - to single just a few) and in the process turned some otherwise ordinary players into mementos (who could ever forget that screamer by Nordin Amrabat in a game against Spain?). That being said, I just wanted to single out a couple of keepers who ate adversity for breakfast [adversity here being that Telstar 18 ball]. Uruguay's Fernando Muslera was outstanding between the sticks...Danish Kasper Schmeichel was brilliant...Swiss Yann Sommer was fantastic...Mexican Guillermo Ochoa was a marvel...English Jordan Pickford punched above his weight!
