There has reportedly been an update on Kylian Mbappe's future at Paris Saint-Germain amid his links with Real Madrid.

According to Foot Mercato, the 24-year-old already has an agreement in principle to join the Spanish giants for free in 2024 when his contract in France expires.
This comes amid reports suggesting the Ligue 1 champions would be willing to sell the Les Bleus captain in this transfer window to avoid losing him without bringing in money for his signature next year.
While Mbappe has publicly made it clear that he will not renew his deal in Paris, the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner has insisted on staying at the club for the 2023/24 campaign.
The publication states this might be because the Los Blancos target would be owed a loyalty bonus of €90 million (R1.8 billion) that was agreed upon when he extended his stay at the club last year.
For now, it appears unlikely that the 14-time European champions will move for the striker ahead of next season, having already brought in Jude Bellingham in a blockbuster deal in recent weeks and Spanish striker Joselu as an apparent replacement for Karim Benzema.

It is suggested that, if Mbappe is to leave the club ahead of the coming campaign, the French champions would require a fee between €180 million (R3.6 billion) and €200 million (R4 billion) for his signature.
