The Siya crew has been led to believe that Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs are keen on extending the contract of one of their foreign players in the team.
It's understood that Amakhosi are at a stage in the season where they are starting to looking into which players they are going to be keeping and letting go of come the end of the season.

The club acted quickly to tie the likes of Bruce Bvuma, Brandon Petersen and Nkosingiphile Ngcobo to new contracts back in February, but there are quite a few others who are waiting to see what the future holds for them at Naturena.
One of those players is Mozambican international Edmilson Dove, whose contract at the club expires at the end of the campaign. The former Cape Town City man is in the second and find year of his deal, with Bobby Motaung recently revealing to the Siya crew that the player has an option in his contract.
Indications are that Amakhosi are looking at the fact that the 29-year-old still has a few years ahead of him and can add valuable experience to the side beyond the end of this season.
With a new coach expected to come in before the start of next season, it's believed Dove is one of the experienced campaigners management is looking to have in the team.

The versatile left-footed defender, who missed the Soweto Derby recently due to suspension, has made 12 appearances in all competitions, scoring one goal in the process.
