SuperSport United suffered a second successive defeat in the CAF Confederation Cup group stages after losing 2-0 to USM Alger on Sunday afternoon.

Matsatsantsa coach Gavin Hunt recalled Phathutshedzo Nange and youngster Shandre Campbell after the loss to Mamelodi Sundonws, while Washington Arubi kept his place between the sticks.
SuperSport did not get off to the perfect start as the away side broke the deadlock after just five minutes, with Saadi Radouani finding the back of the net.
The home side went in search of the equaliser as Grant Margeman turned provider to pick out Bradley Grobler, who saw his header saved by Alger goalkeeper Oussama Benbot.
The young Campbell was a livewire for the South African outfit in the first half and he managed to carve out a couple efforts ay goal, although Benbot produced the saves to keep his side in front at the break.
However, the away side managed to get the next goal ten minutes after the halftime break courtesy of a strike from Brahim Benzaza.
Hunt responded with a triple substitution for the final 30 minutes of the second half, with Lyle Lakay, Selaelo Rasebotja and Etiosa Ighodaro replacing Grobler, Nange and Ronald Pfumbidzai.
The changes would not go on to change the outcome for the home side, who have now slumped to a second straight loss in the group while the Algerians maintain their winning start to move top of Group A.
