Last weekend, FAR saw their 17-match unbeaten run in the Botola Pro come to a crashing halt when they were defeated 2-1 by Hassania d'Agadir.

In his post-match comments, the Tunisian tactician spoke about continuing to fight for the league title "despite the injustice, disease and enemies".

Raja have since taken offence to those comments, insisting he was referring to them, with the Green Eagles currently embroiled in a gripping title race with the reigning Moroccan champions.

Josef Zinnbauer's charges are unbeaten in the league this season with four matches to go, and should they win their game in hand, they will be one point behind Nabi's table-toppers.

However, Raja's chiefs did not take kindly to the post-match comments made and have decided to report their rivals to the powers-that-be.

According to Assabah, the club's executives feel the Monastir native's words could harm the integrity of competition and the institutions which run them as the two sides prepare to contest the final set of fixtures of the season.

A statement accompanied by a video clip of Nabi's comments were reportedly sent to the Ethics Committee, with the three-time African champions hoping the 58-year-old will be punished.

FAR have, however, responded to the accusations levelled against their manager, with their official spokesperson, Mohammed Al-Sharaa, labelling the complaints against the former Young Africans boss as "a desperate and miserable attempt to destabilise the team and disrupt its focus", as per Le360.
