Invite Youth Coaches from Local Football Associations across Gauteng to register for 4 workshops with 2 modules - Violence Prevention in Football and HIV Prevention in Football. The first workshop on Violence Prevention in Football will be held on 21 - 23 May at Tshepana Primary School in Orange Farm. Youth Coaches should register on time to avoid disappointment. Dona's Mates Youth Development Project is hosting these workshops in partnership with the 2010 FIFA World Cup Legacy Trust who are funding Dona's

Mates qctivities and GIZ/YDF who will provide learning material for the Youth Coaches. The workshops are free of charge and refreshments will be provided for the Youth Coaches for the duration of the 3 days. We are supporting SAFA in their launch of the U13 and U15 leagues by teaching Youth Coaches who are working with Juniors in the LFAs as to how best can they work with young football players. The JHB-based academy is hosting trials at Olympia Park Stadium in Rustenburg on 25 May from 10h00 to 14h00. All boy and girl players aged between 12-21 years and are in Grade 8 to 12 may contact us to play competitive leagues in different divisions.
