PSL Confirm Entertainment Line-Up For MTN8 Second Leg Semis

The Premier Soccer League has lined up a host of entertainment for this weekend’s 2017 MTN8 second leg semi-final fixtures.

This weekend’s second leg semi-final fixtures will see Maritzburg United host SuperSport United at the Harry Gwala Stadium on Saturday 09, after the two sides ended their first leg encounter with a 1-1 draw, with Head Coach Fadlu David’s securing an away goal advantage.

On Sunday, September 10, Bidvest Wits will welcome Cape Town City to the Bidvest Stadium for the second leg fixture, after City secured a 1-0 win over the Students at the Cape Town Stadium.

The PSL has confirmed that prior to the match, spectators will be entertained by top South African music artists.

“The pre-match and half-time entertainment include the likes of DJ Tira, OKMalumKoolkat, Four Four and many others who will be performing live as part of an initiative to cater for a wider audience during the MTN8 competition,” the PSL revealed in a press release.

“The crowd in Maritzburg will be entertained by the legendary DJ Tira and new ‘Gqom music’ group, Four Four.”

“Hip hop heavyweight, OKMalumKoolkat will be the main music act at Bidvest Stadium and will perform hit tracks such as “Gqi” and “Amalobolo,” the PSL added.

Indeed Small teams need entertainment structures to attract fans,but,let me warn you,these entertainments would only attract drunkards and party animals into the stadium not football lovers

Its only small teams who struggle put a decend crowd in semis and quarterfinal games and continental cups.
