Chiefs confirmed the passing of Revoredo last week, August 30, where it was revealed that the goalkeeper coach suffered with ‘excruciating pains in his abdomen’ and eventually his condition deteriorated.

Many Premier Soccer League clubs have expressed their sympathy for Revoredo’s death and Sundowns head coach, Pitso Mosimane has also shared some words on the passing of the goalkeeper coach.

“I’m very (saddened) by the news because I knew the man personally and also met his family,” said Mosimane. He was a true gentleman of the game, always happy but very professional. Revoredo was a good servant and student of the beautiful game. He will be greatly missed,” Mosimane said on Masandawana’s official website.
