Moleko On His Relationship With Rama & Chiefs’ Progression

Moleko On His Relationship With Rama & Chiefs’ Progression

By Soccer Laduma - Sep 23, 2017 01:49 PM
Kgotso Moleko says that he’s enjoying getting game time for Kaizer Chiefs, and has Ramahlwe Mphahlele’s support when he starts games in his place.

The 28-year-old has already made more Absa Premiership starts this season than he did in the entire 2016/17 campaign, and is yet to taste defeat having won two and drawn one of his three matches.

Now, with Chiefs preparing to face Golden Arrows this weekend, the former Bloemfontein Celtic man says that he’s relishing the opportunity to play more regularly at Naturena.

He told the club’s official website, “I am enjoying the opportunity… “I always make sure that I am ready to play whenever being asked to do so, by working hard at training and also attending extra gym sessions.

“We have to be focused and keep doing what we have done in the last few results. If we do that, we will get the result we are looking for.”
Meanwhile, regarding his relationship with Rama, whose injury gave him a chance in the first team, Moleko said,

“We always talk with each other. I support Rama when he starts, while he’s very supportive when I start. We often even WhatsApp each other with advice.”

Moleko is set to get his fourth league start for just the fourth time since his arrival at Chiefs against Arrows, and will be hoping to keep his current unbeaten run intact if he is given a starting berth.
