Mamelodi Sundowns Strikers Train With MultiChoice Diski Side
Two of Mamelodi Sundowns’ strikers are currently training with the club’s MultiChoice Diski Challenge side as the Masandawana first team are yet to report to training.
It has previously been reported on Soccer Laduma that Sundowns are set to return to training this Wednesday, July 26, after the team was given a few weeks off from club duty following their recent CAF Champions League clash.
Siya sources have indicated the club’s MDC setup has reported back to training earlier than the first team and both Cuthbert Malajila and Mogakolodi Ngele have joined up in training with Head Coach David Notoane’s side in the meantime.
Indications are that Head Coach Pitso Mosimane and his technical team will soon make a decision on the immediate future of both Ngele and Malajila, after returning from their loan stints with Bidvest Wits last season.
As previously reported on Soccer Laduma, both Ngele and Malajila are currently cup-tied in the current CAF Champions League campaign as they have already made appearances for Wits in the competition.
This means that should Mosimane look to add the duo to his plans for the new 2017/18 season, both Ngele and Malajila will play no part in the Brazilians’ CAF Champions League title-defending campaign.
Now, with the transfer window in full swing, it remains to be seen which changes Mosimane will make to his squad in the coming weeks.
