Former Platinum Stars assistant coach, Willem Jackson, has confirmed that he is available to join a new club ahead of the 2017/18 season.

Jackson, who is a former Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana international, is currently unattached after parting ways with Dikwena.

Like Cavin Johnson, whom he worked under at Stars, Jackson did not have his contract renewed by the North West outfit when it expired at the end of last season.

Johnson has since been announced as the new head coach at AmaZulu.

Jackson, 45, had been with Stars for almost 15 years, having first joined the club as a player in 2003, before he retired in 2010 to become an assistant coach.

“I don’t have a club yet. I’m at home and still waiting. I am available for any move. I can go to any team. I’m in Jo’burg at the moment, but I can go to any team,” said Jackson.
