SA’s Brazilian Set For Fresh Challenge
Tyroane Sandows Is Looking For The Next Step In His Career
South Africa’s Brazilian-based attacker, Tyroane Sandows, is weighing up his options after deciding against staying with Serie A side, Gremio.
The 22-year-old spent three seasons with the club, making his professional debut there as well as helping them clinch the Copa do Brasil title in December, becoming the first South African to win it.
Now, as he goes in search of regular game time elsewhere, the Siya crew has been informed that Sandows let his contract at the club expire and is now on the lookout for his next challenge.
A South African youth international, Sandows will be keen to make sure that he finalises his future quickly as clubs undergo their pre-season training, but at this point, it remains to be seen if he will look to stay in Brazil or make a move overseas.
The crew has been informed that ‘Ty’ is currently assessing the options available to him and is hoping to make a decision on his future in the next week or so.
