Another One Bites The Dust: Butler Becomes Second Coaching Casualty
Peter Butler Has Parted Ways With Platinum Stars
Despite having only been in charge for two games at Platinum Stars, it has been revealed that Peter Butler has parted ways with the club this week.
Butler becomes the second PSL coach to lose his job early in the season, with Free State Stars relieving Sammy Troughton of his position recently before quickly replacing him with Luc Eymael.
According to Siya sources involved at the club, Butler wasn't present at training today as the club prepares for their next league game, and it is thought that they have decided to part ways with the Englishman after just a couple of matches.
It is believed that an announcement from the club is expected shortly confirming the parting of ways between the two parties.
Dikwena won just four of their last 20 games in all competitions stretching back to last season.
