Bucs And Downs Youngsters Expected To Improve TTM
NFD Newcomers Confident Of Improvement
Orlando Pirates youngster Eethe Khaukanani and Tlotlo Leepile from Mamelodi Sundowns are expected to help Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhadila (TTM) to overcome their struggles this season.
TTM have found the going tough in the NFD in their first season in the second tier of Mzansi football. The team is at the bottom of the NFD log after losing both its matches so far this season.
Having strengthened their squad by acquiring the talented duo from Bucs and Downs, as well as Tiyiselani Mkhabela who was once with Kaizer Chiefs, TTM is positive about getting the results in their upcoming matches.
In what has been a busy transfer window for TTM and the club’s general manager, Joel Masutha, the Limpopo outfit has also signed Bongani Nyathi (Stellenbosch FC), Bongani Manavhela (Mbombela United), Morule Oarabile (Ajax Cape Town) and two former Jomo Cosmos players, Nhlakanipho Khumalo and Thabo Ralebakeng.
“Besides the above signings, I’m hoping to soon get the foreigner who impressed during a friendly,” said Masutha in edition 1038 of Soccer Laduma.
TTM’s head coach, Sello Chokoe, believes that Khaukanani, Leepile and Mkhabela will add value to the team.
“They’re all good U23s,” said Chokoe.
