Chiefs Linked With FS Stars Winger Again

Kaizer Chiefs Back In For Free State Stars Star

By Soccer Laduma - Oct 05, 2017 10:37 AM

Kaizer Chiefs have revitalised their interest in Free State Stars’ Sinethemba Jantjie, according to Siya sources.

Jantjie has once again caught the eye of onlookers  following his impressive performances for a Lla Koto this season.

The winger has made a name for himself in the PSL since making his debut in South Africa’s top tier last season. Chiefs, Orlando Pirates, Mamelodi Sundowns and SuperSport United are some of the clubs that have been linked to the 28-year-old in the past.

Now, as reported in the latest edition of Soccer Laduma, Amakhosi have revived their interest in Stars’ on-form player as are assessing their options as they look to bolster their squad.

“Kaizer Chiefs have renewed their interest in Sinethemba Jantjie from Free State Stars. The player’s name has been discussed as a potential signing for Chiefs, especially now that the club is believed to be considering parting ways with Joseph Molangoane.

“Wits are also interested in Jantjie. The club has identified him as a possible replacement for Phakamani Mahlambi, who left for Egypt (Al Ahly) on a big-money move. Expect competition from the two clubs (Chiefs and Wits) for the player’s signature in January,” said the source.

Jantjie has played in all six matches for Ea Lla Koto this season. He scored the solitary goal as Stars beat Maritzburg United 1-0 in the last league match for Luc Eymael’s team before the FIFA international break

This is my first 11,chiefs have same quality as Sundowns,it is just that Sundowns is winning that's why people think there is no quality at chiefs.my best 11 is (1) Khune (2)Moleko (3) Cardoso (4) Mathoho (5)Ngezana (6)Meyiwa (7)Molongoana (8)Eksteen (9) Moon (10)Parker because Paez is injured, and (11)Jayiya when you see that Jayiya is getting tired you gooi in Zuma at position 11.play that first eleven against Sundowns, they won't know what hit them

We do have quality Makhosi,Steve need to believe in all his players,he must play Jayiya at number 11,when his tired he must bring on Zuma,at number 7 he must start with Molongoana, and later he can throw in Twala

@skols,you right,we were winning games since Molongoana was playing at position 7,we beat teams like pirates where molongoana even scored,I don't know what Steve thinks.this guy called Zulu shouldn't be played at position 3 otherwise Sundowns will kill us,he's too slow.I think Ngezana should be played at centre back, cos of his height

I don't think it will be a good decision to fire Komphela . Chiefs must buy quality players , then we will see Chiefs going back to glory days .

He's not chiefs material like most of bobby singings,I wish I was born late I would have been a chiefs player performing better than jayiya, maluleka, Buchanan and many more cows. Any player can play for chiefs this nowadays.
